Winter frosts are on their way, and the weather is especially harsh for those who do not have a permanent roof over their heads or the means to acquire weather-appropriate gear.

Together with the Blue Ribbon Foundation (Sininauhasäätiö), we are organizing a charity collection for the homeless. If you are upgrading your winter gear or clearing out items you no longer use, bring them to Hotel Fabian and we will deliver them directly to those in need. A small act makes a big difference!

We are currently collecting the most essential items to bring warmth as winter approaches

• Winter shoes
• Socks and woolen socks
• Gloves and mittens

Please ensure your donations are clean, in good condition, and packed in a bag ready for drop-off. Brand-new or handmade woolen socks and mittens are also warmly welcomed!

Collection period: October 31 – November 15, 2026
